Coffee Volunteers: These hospitality ministers extend the fellowship experience by providing refreshments after the 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM & 6:00 PM liturgies.  They brew coffee and set out the tables so everything is ready immediately after mass.  Participants are responsible for one Sunday each month.  Contact Catherine McCulloch 928-282-7545 ext. 11 or by email cmcculloch@sjvsedona.org

Cornerstone Retreat: Cornerstone is a 26-hour over-night retreat experience held on-site annually, and separately for women and men.  This parish-based retreat program promotes a strong parish community, rooted in prayer and faith sharing from a common shared experience.  Candidates for the weekend become team members for the next retreat.

Cursillo: A weekend retreat (Thursday - Sunday) is held separately for women and men.  Deepen your faith and commit this time to talk to God and discover what God is doing in your life?  At follow-up meetings we discuss how we met Christ during the week or how it seemed Christ wasn't there.  This helps us keep a daily focus on being in God's presence. Contact  Mike Cook, 204-2613 or by email mcook@shradermartinez.com

M.O.M.S. Ministry: Mothers come together for this 8-session program to pray, discuss issues affecting their lives and to share readings from the book MOMS: A Personal Journal.  Mothers will learn to plan time for themselves and will discover how motherhood really is a ministry.  This ministry offers women an opportunity to develop self-esteem, relationship skills, and a more defined sense of their own spirituality.  Childcare is available.  The cost is $30.00 and includes a copy of the book.  Contact Betty McGinnis at 928-282-7545 ext. 28 or by email at bmcginnis@sjvsedona.org

Small Christian Communities: If you are involved in a parish activity, you are in a small Christian community.  All groups are encouraged to begin and end their gatherings with prayer.  In addition, faith-sharing groups meet weekly to pray, read scripture, and share their faith so they can grow in relationship with God and each other.  Contact Betty McGinnis at 928-282-7545 ext. 28 or by email at bmcginnis@sjvsedona.org
